Abstract: | The Doyle C. Akers Papers consist of letters to his parents and brother, 25 photographs (negatives) of friends and scenic places on Guam during his station in the Island from 1946 to 1947 with Naval Construction Battalion 103. He donated negatives of pictures he took while on Guam and copies of letters he wrote describing his experiences on Guam. |
