Subjects include Naval administration, courts and legal codes, taxes and tariffs, the Trust Territory, Guam's Organic Act, civil government, citizenship, the Guam Congress, U.S. Congressional hearings, war claims, war crimes trials, agriculture, public works, public health, hospitals, businesses, banks, wages, construction, and appropriations. |
